Alternatives to iTunes

I know there is ephpod and yamipod but they only deal with music. Anything that can upload my movies? I refuse to install the bloatware that is iTunes unless I have no alternative.

Winamp can sync video, but one can also make the argument that it's kind of bloated as well. At least it doesn't make you install QuickTime, though.

Also keep in mind that you'll have to use software beforehand to convert the video files to an iPod compatible format.

Yeah my files are already converted and stuff. Cool about winamp. Didn't know it did video. Thanks fore the suggestion.
