Alternatives to ATI multimedia center?

I really only need an alternative to the TV viewing part as I am only streaming the TV. The ATI software seems to have too many issues. This needs to be for analog as teh University doesn't have HDTV.

It just needs to be plain and simple, I run it on fullscreen on teh second display all the time.

 
I've had the most luck with ATV2000. For simple capture, AMCap has worked as well. I'm not sure if AMCap can control channels, though.
