- Regular eating of fruits and vegetables
- Coffee and/or tea

Or buy vitamins and caffeine pills if you really want to skip getting more balanced (healthier) nutrition.

I have a healthy diet and I work out 3-4 days per week. I eat lots of fruit (smoothie every day) along with a v8.

Fresh veggies help if you don't eat them already.

Other than that, coffee or tea (tea has less caffeine than coffee) works as well. IIRC, 5 hour energy has equivalent amount of caffeine as 1 cup of coffee.

You could just take caffeine pills, but I don't recommend taking that stuff in isolated form like that as it can be addicting. Well, coffee is pretty addicting, too, but in a not-so-bad kinda way...or at least that's what I tell my self because I love me some black coffee and all varieties of tea :p

I'm physically addicted to coffee, but not psychologically addicted. I'm fine with skipping coffee, but I'll get a screaming headache if I do. That's just about the only time I get a headache.

Yeah, I'll get withdrawal headaches, too, if I drink coffee for a while and then stop for more than a day. The Wikipedia entry on caffeine has some interesting info on the time needed for the cycle of building up tolerance and withdrawal time, as well as benefits and side effects.

I routinely go without drinking caffeinated beverages at weeks at a time, but go back to drinking eventually simply because I love coffee and tea (and occasionally Monster).

I buy them from Costco.

24 of the "Extra Strength" ones for $39.99.

$1.66 per bottle, which is a lot cheaper than buying them one at a time from the store/gas station.

IIRC it was $34.99 for the regular strength ones.

I don't think energy drinks/coffee/anything really does any good except for making you feel anxiety then a crash later, just remain somewhat tired all day, it's much better trust me.

Coffee? Seriously, don't even fuck with that energy drink nonsense. Vitamins + sleep + coffee will give you pretty much all the energy that you need.
