Alternative to RackShack.net??

I know a "few" of the regular posters here have websites, but I don't think too many actually run their own server. I'm looking at getting a dedicated server, but the cost right now is hurting me. Rackshack is one of the best places, but I can't afford the $100 right now (especially with Christmas coming up 🙂 ).

What are some other options that I can look at? Things I would definitely want/need:

* Enough bandwidth for current sites and future (100-200GB?)
* Good Bandwidth Speed/Quality of Bandwidth
* Able to add/delete/customize websites
* Able to let current website owners to customize their own account (i.e. I'd be like a reseller)
* Fast enough to handle current loads
* Enough room to put stuff (20GB?)
* Probably more, but this just for starters.

Suggestions welcome.

Thanks.

Awesome I just learned that ServerMatrix has finally increased their bandwidth from 750GB to 1000GB matching Nocster, sweet 🙂

I would recommend ServerMatrix.com which is semi-managed.

Search the dedicated forum for ServerMatrix and you'll find nothing but high praise.

They are a division of ThePlanet.com which is one of THE BEST DC's.

Depending on how long you have until you need it, RackShack will be offering $1 setup once the new power is in place. Last update was within a few weeks it should be ready according to HeadSurfer (owner of RS) in the RackShack forums

The setup isn't a big deal to me, it would be the month-to-month cost. My website advertising wouldn't be enough to cover over $100 a month (yet). I want to start in a lower bracket and when the time comes I have the money and sites to put on one of their servers I'll switch over.
