Alternative to Object Desktop available?

hmm, do u mean by changing themes? theres a program called stylexp that allows you to customize everything on ur desktop. i have my laptop lookin like apple's mac os x. here i also added the interactive icons on the bottom that work just fine. you can get more of everything at themexp.org.
