Alternative to Expert Exchange?

I do desktop support / network admin... where do you guys look for info besides the obvious sources (Google or the vender's KB). Does anybody know any other forums similar to Expert-Exchange where we can discuss about MS enterprise software, help with end-user problems and IT infrastructure (cisco, backups, lans)?

i wish tek-tips' format was a little better. I've come across that site a few times via Google, you guys have had good experience there? Are the replies usually from IT professionals or wannabes?

tek tips is pretty nice, but sadly the response to some questions take quite a bit of time, but I still use it

What's wrong with Experts Exchange? I've always found the responses to be very quick and helpful

I'm just looking for more resources... I'm a one man crew for 50ish people... So I need some collaboration outside of the firm.

My questions have always been answered promptly. Some of them have been pretty obscure, to boot.
