Alternative to Cool & Quiet?

Is there a good alternative to Cool & Quiet. Seems like C&Q only works if you are using the default multiplier........ 😛

Have you tried RMClock? I haven't used it but have seen it recommended.

It seems to be more difficult to set up but perhaps is more flexible in what it can do.
