I go through 2-3 cans of air duster a month and I'm sick of paying for them. Plus, it just seems worse for the environment than necessary.

Is there some sort of mini blower I can buy that supplies the same amount or greater air flow than air duster?

We got some littke battery operated thing that looks like an old start trek Phaser from the original series. It's no where near as powerful thought. If you have an actual air compressor, that'd be your best bet but that costs way more than cans of compressed air...

at 2-3 cans a month @ 5 bucks a can, that's 120-180 a year. If he really uses that much air, a compressor would pay for itself.

The problem with a compressor is that the air can carry a significant static charge. Canned air is special because it is designed to be static free. You can get attachments for a compressor that get rid of the static, but they aren't cheap.
