Alternative to Alcohol 120%?

Hey. I was wondering if there was any other alternative to making ISOs, etc. like Alcohol does. My trail period died off and now I can't use it any more. If it's something that I have to pay for, thats fine, just so there is a trial I can use again. Any info appreciated. Thanks a lot

ISOBuster. Makes and unmakes. The paid upgrade will also recover overwritten multi-sessions (netted a bud and I $40 gift certs at Longhorns for recovering an exec's taxes).

Both solutions mentioned here will do the trick.

I will say I have paid for 120% and over time I have used it in many ways. If you choose to register 120 you won't regret it.

My friend has Alcohol 120% and he braught it over. We tried installing it, but once he put the cd in, installed it (It installed 100%). It still said my trail period was over like something from the old Alcohol is messing with the new one. How can the trial still be in my computer and not allow me to use the full version?

More than likely, there are registry keys still in your system.

If you like their product, buy it.

I will buy it. He's here right now. We're trying to figure this out. I just uninstalled the full version, and now when we tried installing it, restarted the compter after install. It ran the installer again when it rebooted, and once it got to 99% the computer shut off and restarted again.. only for the same installer to come up and crash me again. WTF is wrong with my computer? Is it my Cd drive or something?

I went into my registry.. well tried and after I typed regedit in I got this screen:

Soo many problems.. *Sigh

I have had that issue with alcohol, once it gets messy you get f*cked. System restore, baby! 🙂

cdrdao, the free open source burning software, can burn ISOs as well as most other image formats

Alcohol 120%'s virtual CD component is based upon the free Daemon Tools. But for making images, while there are many proggies that can do that they don't all handle copy protection. There is no point in buying Alcohol 120% except to make MDF/MDS images with SafeDisc or whatever intact.
