Altec Lansing Etymotics IM616 Earbuds. Comparable to Etymotics ER4P for listening to music. Not as good as the ER4 as "reference" quality, but better than ER6s for sound quality. Normally $100+.

Well you don't want ER4 for MP3 players anyways. MP3 players don't output enough power to keep the "flat" sound reproduction for the ER4. So this is like a cheaper ER4P.
