I purchased my AHS-502 headset almost a year ago at a best buy, and I have never really trusted headset to begin with. Naturally, I bought the $10 warranty dealie that Best Buy offers. Good thing I did. A few months after the purchase, the mic just stopped working. I took it in, and they replaced without a hassle. Just recently, the new headset has the same problem.
I'll probably end up getting it replaced, but I'd like to know if anyone else has had similar problems with this model or company.
Any suggestions on a good headset company? Should I avoid headsets and get headphones and a cheap mic? I've never had luck with these things. It must be a curse.
