bienner,

Try clearing your browser cache/cookies. Do that, then login with the new acct you've created. That should work

My brother-in-law has a set he paid ~70.00 for and they are great! I am getting a set and don't think you'll do better with other speakers at this price...:)

Hi biennerienno,

I was having the same problems as you. Creating a new account, using new e-mail and clearing cache/cookies was not working. Finally, I just changed my cc# and it worked perfectly. I dont know if all these steps are necessary or if it would have been just enough to change a new credit card number in my profile.

Good Luck

there's a coupon that will take $10 off a $30 total, to use it you need a credit card that you haven't used at buy.com yet, so idiotic buy.com stores every single credit card number you ever used with them, which is a huge security risk, if you want to use a coupon for "new" customers, buy.com will check the credit card number you entered with any existing ones in their database, if there's no match, you can use the coupon...

somebody should crack buy.com over the head with this questionable practice,

I got the ACS66I and added a $49 GE VCR and a Sanyo 900MHz DSS phone to my cart. Then applied the $20/100 and got everything for $91 shipped. Thanx

I got these a few days ago and they are GREAT! Works great with my Vortex SQ2500 sound card. Bass is really good and way loud enough. Very good value IMHO. Definitely worth $31.95!

Great post!

THANKS Matrix 175!

Thanks for the post. I ordered two on accident so I sold one to my roommate for $50. I work at Sears so I'm going to price match with them, use my 10% employee discount and buy another set. Thanks again.

Just got them.
They're really sounding nice, however, I don't like the design of satelites and they're lacking treble/bass adjustments compared to my JBL's system.
Anyway for 31.95 it's worth the money and I did not even bother to mess around with my credit cards for another $10 off.
Definitely recommended as Xmass gift for kids for their portables.

You guys did see this one too, right?

Flat Panel Speakers & Subwoofer - $30

These speakers will not only please business users who do multimedia presentations, but will also delight gamers and music aficionados. The dipolar satellite speakers and subwoofer direct sound in a figure-of-eight pattern - forward and backward. Sound radiation to the sides is cancelled, which eliminates undesirable reflections.

Got mine today, along with about $5 worth in packing peanuts. Bass response is really powerful, the satellites are less impressive (kinda muddy and weak). But for $32 these are definitely worth it.

yeah whats with all the peanuts...thats like really 5 bucks at your local office depot. they sent me a stick of ram in a similar box the other week...they need to really shape up their warehouses at ingram micro which is i think their supplier...theres alot of waste going on.
