Altec Lansing ACS54 speakers

I've had these speakers for a long time. I never plugged the surround sound in because i had little use of it. but now that i've gotten into 3d gaming a whole lot more i feel the need for surround sound

for some reason my surround speakers don't work. i plug them in to the subwoofer, and all i get is the 'on' sound. when i play music or something i get nothing from them.

any ideas??

got it fixed...all i did was unplug the surround sound plug- wierd.

does your sound card support 4.1 speakers?
