ALT-TAB floating window prog?

is there some app that basically functions as a floating alt tab window that I can move around? I suppose the best analogy I can think of is something similar to the taskbar... except that it doesn't group similar programs (like if I have 3 excel files up) and it has a nice gui. I know I can ungroup items in the taskbar but you can't read any of the program names when you have 10+ items in there.
