Hey everyone...

Does anyone have the above mentioned card? It's going for $200CDN, which is amazing.. and I feel its time to upgrade.

Anyways, the Ti200 is clocked too low for my likings... 175/200

How far can I make it? Would I be able to boost it to 200/460?

Or even 250/500? (Ti500 levels)

Am I asking too much out of the card? :D

Any input would be appreciated.

Yeah, Ive been thinking about upgrading my TnT2's for a while now. I dont really want a Geforce 4MX (cheap) and cannot afford the Ti4600. So I'm going for the Ti500 geforce 3 either from AsusTek or VisionTek, then I can still have fun. I see your the Overclocking kinda person, I usually dont Overclocke Anything! I keep it safe and simple, I try to usually get more performance from Windows Tweaks and that sort of route. I'd HIGHLY recommennd the VisionTek because it has a really good 2D filter (like my Radeon)

If you overclock that baby, get the ThermalTake CRYSTAL ORB. I have 1, but no use for it, until my Geforce 3 arrives then, I'm sticking that baby in there and letting the cool times roll. Just be careful and match it up with a good fast CPU (ie P3 1.3T or Athlon XP series)

Yeah I already have a CrOrb on my current GF2 Pro, (which will be for sale if I pick up the new GF3, so if anyone's interested PM me), also, anyone with this card, the card comes with RamSinks, correct?

Any other experiences...

KGB: Yes, yes I am an overclocking person :D my whole system is overclocked ;)

Edit: I was reading an article over at nVNews, and they were saying that even with the 5 ns RAM, most Ti200's can make the jump from 400 to 500 in RAM.. although the Core tends NOT to reach the 260... but obviously, OC'ing is very volatile...
