Why is it dumb to assume a naked bound woman needs help lol?

Why are they pressing charges?

They are not dumb for that...

They are dumb for this.

They should be pressing charges so they can get back all the money the city spend tracking down two stupid ass holes. That shit isn't cheap and I'm sure they wouldn't be able to get the peoples money back without charging the stupid couple.

Police are correct.
The couple are stoopid!
City needs to be repaid for stoopid stunt.

tbh I kind of agree here. If Portland doesn't have a problem with public nudity then yeah, no criminal charges should be applied, but this is something that should be common sense. I don't see this as any different from leaving a child in a closed vehicle for literally just several minutes and being surprised when a cop comes along and kicks in your window.

Nope.

If you saw a woman taped up in a car and appeared to be kidnapped you wouldn't do anything? You don't see where the stupid act caused the people a loss of taxpayer dollars. You don't see where they should reimburse the city for its cost?

What the fuck is wrong with you? Hmmm.

I think he wants more government involvement in people's business, telling them what is and isn't appropriate in how to live their lives, etc.

It became public business when they "pretended" the girl was abducted in a public location. Which caused a large sum of money to be spent tracking down the abducted girl. Are you really that dense?

LOL.

911 Caller: "I said what's going on here? You having some fun or what? And he said, 'Yeah,' he just kinda nodded his head. I looked at her and asked, 'Do you want me to call the cops?' She shook her head no, but you know, her mouth was duct taped and her eyes were just kind of hazy and seemed out of it."

911 call: "He said, 'Yeah we're just having some fun' and then he said, 'Um, for the record, thanks for checking because you're the first person who's actually done anything, everyone else has just rolled their eyes.' "

Are you suggesting that it didn't cost the city?

A word of warning for those of you who may be regular B & Q customers.
Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get a few bits and pieces has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive enough to think it couldn't happen to you!

Here's how the scam works:

Two seriously good-looking 20-21 year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping into the boot. They both start wiping your windscreen with a rag and Windolene, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy T-shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask you for a ride to another B&Q or Wickes. You agree and they get in the back seat. On the way, they start having sex with each other. Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and performs oral sex on you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen November 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th, and 24th. Also December 1st, 3rd, twice on the 7th, three times just yesterday and very likely again this upcoming weekend.

So, please be careful during these trying times.

dude would've been screwed 'completely' if his gf had denied the whole role-playing crap in front of the cops.

:awe:

They reacted to that 911 call with nine patrolmen (or was it nine cruisers?) and think the couple should bear the blame? D:

I think the dispatcher should be fired; most likely, it was dispatch that fucked up the translation to the officers.

Listening to the audio, the caller herself was even expressing doubt in her voice to a slight degree; to me, that implies she was fairly convinced he was being honest, but felt the authorities would be a more appropriate judge in the situation.
Clearly wrong, at least for that shift/dispatch crew, and/or typical reaction?
