Office type and / or DVD applications. General use and no overclocking.I can't find any comparisons, but which one?

AMD Sempron
AMD Barton
AMD Barton Mobile

Which one has the best value? Probably looking for a CPU around $90ish.

Get a Barton, Semprons are only worth buying if its for a Socket 754 system. This provides a great deal of potential expandability.
 
Get an athlon 64 based sempron......good value for money and if you ever do need more grunt then you chuck a "proper" athlon 64 in there!

gives affordable quality and a degree of upgradability
 
a freaking duron will do that 😛 my 1800 can play 3 dvds at once while browsing and editing a word doc, dont waste a barton on that sh*t
