I remember that I got ticked for 60 in a 40, and only had to pay 65 bucks cuz the judge waived the traffic school fine. So basically I paid for the ticket and got free traffic school so it didn't affect my record. I was scared to death because I wasn't even driving my car, and being nieve as I was thought that would increase the fine for a speeding ticket...

Oh wait, that was like 1.5 years ago!
 
He admitted guilt in traffic court and somehow expected leniency. None was given, there was no reason to when your excuse is "it was the middle of the night and I wanted to see how fast my new car would go." Ouch.

He took the option to appeal, so now he's probably going to have to pay court costs on top of the fine.
 
He should have said he was only going 60mph, but a black Lamborghini with no headlights blew past him, so the cop must have hit him with the radar and pulled over LolYourFace.

Yes, lying in court is always the best approach. 🙂 But he did really hurt himself by admitting anything. A basic response of saying it was the cop's mistake and making the system prove guilt would be better, but traffic tickets aren't even in the same ballpark as serious crimes when it comes to burden of proof. I think they caught him for the second time.
 
got my first ever yesterday... 40 in a 30 zone... I don't even think the pig had a radar gun.... if i'm right this should be easy to get out of
