there is only one method practiced by respectable doctors (and that's questionable), and that's cutting some ligament that holds your penis back. of course this results in a floppy penis since it's no longer stable, but whatever it takes i guess.

any other method either

a.) doesn't work, or
b.) works by inflamming the penis, making it temporarily larger

I have heard that the weight method will work if you keep to a routine for a while.

It will stretch things out, but do not know if it is permanent if you stop using the weights.

I think you can have fat injected into it to increase girth too.
