Why? I strongly agree with that one. Two consenting adults should be able to challenge each other to a duel and fight a death match if that's what they want to do.

One of my favorite Robert Heinlein books, Beyond This Horizon, is set in a futuristic society where going armed in public and settling disputes through duels is the norm. He actually coined the now-popular phrase, "An armed society is a polite society," in that book.
