Of course that is just my opinion. Again, I am trying to gain more respect (which some will not give me... ever) and I am again not insulting anyone, just saying my opinions. Thats it. Also, I have not and will not do anything to get myself banned.

Also, if Russ, you are a mod, that makes no difference, because you shouldn't use your opinions and apply them to your power you have.
