Alpha Server 1000a

So I got a free Alpha Server 1000a from work and they don't need it anymore. I started it up and it booted to NT 4.0. This is great, but it was joined to a domain and noone knows the administrator password because it's old. I messed around in the blue and white text based bios and got it to boot to unix command prompt (>>>) and now I don't know what to do with it. I can't do much of anything. I think I need to read more, but if anyone has any assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. I would like to have it running a new flavor of Linux if possible, but getting it to reinstall NT would be sufficient.
