Alpha PAL8045 on a NF7-S and XP 1700+ Tbred

Is my Alpha PAL8045 on a NF7-S and 1700+ Tbred going to be cool enough to o/c up to 2.2 Ghz? the fan on the HS is a Vantec Stealth and I got two 80mm high output panaflo case fans comin in the mail.

I have the same setup, only with a 50cfm sunon on a a rheobus. 4 L1a fans in the case. I can run the Sunon @ 7v and idle between 42 and 46C depending on room temps. I'm at 2266 MHz, 1.8v btw.
