yeah i don't see any reason why it shouldn't work
their website has a list of motherboards they've tryed it on
i think the asus a7v8x and maybe the gigabyte board have capacitors too close to the socket but i can't remember off the top of my head


there is plenty of from on the nf7-s

Yup, I used one on my NF7-S without any interference. IIRC, you use the flat washers. Great heatsink!

Still using an 8045 with a Vantec Stealth 80mm on my NF7-S R2. Keeps my chip plenty cool.
