i have the epox 8kha+ mobo and i was wondering if the only diff between the 6035 and the 8045 is the clip. is the performance the same?

and i have a lian-li pc-65 case with the 2 side fans in the window. my question is since i heard that with the 8045 ur supposed to suck air away from the hs should i have the top side fan blowing out? if i had it blowing in (as it is now) it would be blowing in while the 8045 was blowing out causing a conflict in air flow.

Actually there is a bigger difference between the 6035 and the 8045. The 8045 uses an 80mm fan and the heatsink itself is about 80mm and is attached via screws and nuts directly to your motherboard. The 6035 uses a standard clip, 60mm fans and the heatsink is about that size too. Both of them are good but the 8045 cools much better with less noise due to the larger fan. Both of them are supposed to suck fan away from the cpu.
