Alpha FC-PAL35 series discontinued!

I just noticed on alpha's website, they have discontinued the FC-PAL35 series (35T, 35C, etc.) as they have redesigned the regular PAL series to be compatible with FC-PGA sockets. So, according to a table they created on their catalog page, the replacement for the FC-PAL35 series is the PAL6035 series.

I know I didn't see this info on their site yesterday.

I got one of them too, they are perty sweet, but its big brother must have won out.

So it should be put on sale as a new one comes out.
It still seems like a good performer, almost bought it last night thou.
Guess I'll have to wait and see the price drops.
