Alpha 8045 Compatibility with Shuttle AK31?

Can anyone verify if the Alpha 8045 is compatible/incompatible with the Shuttle AK31?

Heya, i just got the ak31 rev 3 and my pal 8045 today. It's a tight squeeze, there is one capacitor that is barely in the way, but it fits. No problems here, just had to bend the resistor a few tenths of a millimeter, no big deal at all. All I had to make sure of is that the 8045 wasn't on top of the resistor when tightening down. Runs great!
