Alpha 8045 --> can it fit on the ASUS A7M266 Motherboard?

Does anyone know if the new ALPHA8045 heatsink can fit onto the ASUS A7M266 motherboard? Thanks!

alpha says it doesn't work... but I've heard some people who are using it on mobos they say won't work. (sorry if this info isn't new to you)
