Alpha 8045 and Socket A DDR mobo

I am looking to upgrade to DDR here soon but would like to keep my Alpha HSF. Any suggestions on mobos that have the room to use this HSF? I would like one that has the C-Media onboard sound if at all possible. Thanks.
 
I just installed an Alpha 8045 onto my Soyo Dragon+ lastnight. It was fairly simple, though I was nervous the whole time. Fits perfectly. It even has enough space for my Mushkin memory w/ heat spreaders. The onboard sound is C-Media as well.
 
As above, the compatibility list is best to go from. I've had mine on the GA-7DXR and an Epox 8KhA. Its a bit of a pain in the ass hs though with that mounting system and the size makes it difficult to tell if its tightened down enough. It took me a couple hours to get it right. I was thinking a shim might work for something like this.
