sometimes as im standing up, walking along, having been on my feet for a while.. i start to almost black out. vision goes almost black for just a sec, then im fine. what gives?
 
Could be blood pressure, blood clot in the brain, aortic blockage, lots of things. It sounds like a bloodflow problem. You should probably see a doctor. You'll definitely need to provide more info before any kind of semi-diagnosis can be made.
 
Well that definitely is a bloodflow issue. May just be a diet problem, I dunno. It's certainly something to get checked, since that shouldn't happen.
