I'm surprised they are not waiting for ios 4.2?

Anyone know if this is going to be a tethered JB for the ipad,iphone4, ipod 4, and ipad on ios 4? or is apple releasing 4.2 in the next day or two?

This should theoretically work on 4.2 as well as long as the device uses and A4 chip. I'm more than ready for this so I can jb my new iPad on 3.2.2
 
I would think its not tethered as the previous jailbreak for iphone 4 wasn't tethered.
 
I just used jailbreakme.com last week to jailbreak my iphone 4. I'm on 4.2 because I rarely sync and update w\ itunes since itunes is garbage.

Does this have any features I'd benefit from?
