Hello guys ... So I have a electric scooter which almost takes 10 mins to touch 60KMPH
And I was driving on this almost deserted road not realizing that there was this old guy right behind me driving a 10 year old bike, which IMO cant even reach 45 kmph.

I usually like to travel on the extreme left of the road as I like to drive very slowly and observe the surrounding, also my front shock absorber has some problem ... It sometimes suddenly turns left. I usually have all the papers in my Scooty(my vehicle) all the time.

So after driving for some half a kilometer I saw a broken car just ahead of me, I slowed down to see what happened and found nothing interesting and also I could also not help him. So I slightly turned right and raised my speed to maybe 30 KMPH. The other guy was also following me at some 35 KMPH.

He suddenly raised his bike came face to face with me and started yelling stuff like "How can you stop in the middle of traffic, who gave you your driving license !!". I was like WTF half the street is deserted !!

And then he raised his speed again and overtake d me from right and went away. I got pissed off and I also raised my speed and followed him. I was like "I thought people older than 60 years need to get a medical fitness certificate that they are fit for driving". He was like "how old you think I am ??"

I was like 60+ grandpa !!

He was like "60+ good good very good" and raised his bike and went away !!

Whos at fault ??

Clifs :
1) This is India.
2) I was driving on the extreme left of the road and at a very slow and constant speed.
As I had to turn left. But my left turning was like a kilometer away.
3)I saw a broken car ahead of me, I slow down take a marginal right turn and start going at my own steady speed.
4) The old guy behind me starts yelling stuff at me, I reply him ...
5)And thats pretty much it ..

Pardon my english ...

I might be misinterpreting the situation, but if not, I'd say you shouldn't have slowed down excessively in a travel lane so you could scope out an accident. It's generally unsafe to those driving behind you, and beyond that, it's a HUGE pet peeve of mine.

Holy crap! I want a scooter that goes 60k miles per hour even if it does take 10 minutes to accelerate.
