Here is the story, I heard about weed & prostitution being "almost legal" in Cananda, this seemed kinda odd, so my friend and I went up there to Vancouver BC last night for the clubs (drinking/smoking age is 19 there) and that was a blast, so many friendly women there - fines ones, compared to Seattle Vancouver wins by a long shot, anway, after the clubbing, we start walking the streets of Downtown Vancouver at 3 am or so, first we see people drunk out everywhere, we see people just smoking joints on the streets, even one guy with three girls just hitting a pipe on a corner, there are cops in cars and walking around who are not paying any attention to this, then we get offered weed like 4 times just walking down the street, I took a look at it, and I heard Canadian weed was the #$%@ but this stuff looked really lame, no buds, just dark green wet long leaves and stems, we didn't find anything good. Then we see people just wipping it out and taking pisses everywhere with no shame, we get into the car start driving and looking for food, and we drive to this street where it's prostitutes everywhere, high heel, short shiny skirts, make up, we got offered three times, we just passed by, we pull around the corner, and more fine #@@ prostitutes just walking around, and there are two cop cars driving around too paying no attention. What are the cops thinking? Have they given up? Anyway, I just got back, and my ears are still ringing...

That sounds like it was fun... Sort of like when I was downtown in Montreal two weeks ago, drunk/high people everywhere, as well as the prostitutes. :D Well, from your description it seems like it's even worse (or better, depending on how you think of it) in Vancouver.
