Almost got into a major accident. Again.

Driving down the main street at 35mph (speed limit 30mph), minding my own business. All of a sudden a red van, going the oposite direction takes a left turn, right in front of me. It was so quick that I didn't even have time to move my foot to the break pedal. I just had to steer left really hard and jump into the oncoming traffic lane. Thank God there were no cars there or I would've been dead now.

I wanted to stop and beat the hell out of the guy, but I got myself together - no need to go to jail for this arsehole. I'm still shaking with anger though. Getting ready to head out, but gotta ask one of my buddies to drive, cuz I don't think I can drive tonight.

j/k... I've had runins myself with people driving full size conversion vans that drive 'em like go carts. They usually have mullets and no shirt on.

That sucks. that was how I got into an accident once, but the dude was turning in beteween 3 lines of traffic, I didnt know the traffic on the left of me was letting the asshat thru.

yeah that sucks... I bet he had a green light (yield on green) and he thought it was a green arrow. I have almost made that mistake about 3 times in my life.

There were no traffic lights, stop signs or any other signs in the vicinity. He just took a left turn into a driveway, crossing a double yellow line. There was nothign else preventing him from seeing me either. He simply completely misjudged my speed and distance, almost killing me. A bet I happened to hit him he'd probably just run away, leaving me to deal with the damages.
