whipped up a energy drink formula, bottled it and almost sold them. Thing is i made this energy drink in my kitchen without no permits. Gladly the finished product sucked so i didn't attempt to sell them even one on the street

How did you discover you needed a permit?

Why not get the permit and fulfill your entrepreneurial endeavors?

the recipe for a Naer energy drink...

I have to admit that I'm curious. What do we have here, capers, Tom Collins mix, burned coffee beans, and turmeric?

We could have told you that selling heroin would have been much more lucrative...or, milk powder if you don't have access to the real thing.

My manager at McDonalds showed me that you can make energy drink by mixing Apple Juice and Moutain Dew together. Ehhh, did not taste quite like Monster Energy to me. I wonder if Naer's version will taste better.

Well if you're wondering, try it and let us know. May need pics to get the full effect of what it does to you.

Pretty sure that in most states you need to use a commercially licensed kitchen to prepare any foods to be sold at retail.

Had a buddy who sold jarred pickles, giardiniera, peppers. He paid to use the kitchen of a local restaurant that served only breakfast and lunch. He'd go in early in the evening and had to be cleaned up and out by midnight or so.
