 Um, that happened decades ago and I've never killed anyone.

Just going to assume you were being sarcastic and that my sarcasm meter is broken.

I don't give a fuck how long ago it happened. You admitted to making a driving mistake that resulted in other people getting into an accident. For you to come in here and blame them for the accident is just pathetic.
You're a fucking idiot.

Okay, I spun on ice, never even entered the road or crossed in front of the lady who locked up her brakes. She panicked and the guy behind her plowed into her because he either wasn't paying attention or he was following too close... or both. How is that my fault?

Plus that happened almost 30 years ago. I still have to think you're just messing with me... if not. o_O

What you did wrong was not crashing into her and suing her insurance company.

Really bad idea in CA due to the way liability is generally accounted in rear end collisions. If the accident occurred such that he hit the rear of the mustang he would generally carry the majority of liability. The precedent is that rear end accidents are primarily the responsibility of the driver behind as they should have adjusted speed to leave enough distance to account for sudden changes in situation, and arguing that the other driver moved into the lane without sufficient space turns into a he said/she said that rarely goes in the favor of the rearward driver.

Always better to do what you can to avoid an accident all together.

That's you cat after you declawed it? Bad mistake, you should not declaw your cat and post the results.

No. This is what I imagined the expression on your face looked like when you were motherfucking Jules.
