Almost every time i try to upload to youtube, streamload, obeo it kills my router

i have had this problem for months
Fios internet
Belkin pr-n router (latest firmware)
Mac Pro, Boot camp and parallels

It locks up the router at 23% 65% or whatever

any ideas? i have to restart the router...

it lock up in windows and osX
