Alltel Users - 500 Bonus Night & Weekend minutes for 12 months - 4 Free

My Father just got this promotion in the mail from Alltel. It basically said since he is such a valued customer, they are giving him 500 night and weekend minutes at no charge for 12 months in addition to his 250 minute plan. I am not sure what plans this will work with. I am on Alltel's unlimited plan and they wouldn't offer me anything when I called them. But those of you on the 250 minute plans can probably get in on this and maybe it works with others. It says you must call them by April 19, 2002 at 1-877-381-5758 to get the deal. I called for my father and there are no strings attached. Sounds like a retention program to keep us from thinking about switching. The letter says he is on the U250 program.

I've seen all of the SprintPCS deals floating around here and thought I'd throw this in for the Alltel guys...
