I am trying to pay my bill online as usual but I just recently upgraded to Firefox 3. Until now, I have had no trouble logging onto my account and paying my bill. However, just tonight, I am unable to access my account due to Firefox's inability to verify the site's certificate. When I went to add it as an exception, it prompted me with a warning stating that no public site, bank, etc. will ever ask to do this.
Should I add the website as an exception or is there something else working behind the scenes here? Also, the certificate error screen only pops up when I attempt to log onto my account. I can access the main page just fine. It's trying to log in is the problem here.
Any information is greatly appreciated.
