Alltel "Bundle" DSL, Dish Net., Connect Unlimited

I have Alltel as my Tel. provider at home.
Have DirectTV as my satellite provider.
Have local ISP for Dialup.

Alltel has now informed me that DSL is available in my area. Given that I live in the boonies, Dial-up has ALWAYS been crappy.

Alltel has a "Bundle", DSL, Dish Network, and Misc. calling features including "Free Long-Distance.
Being as I would love to have at least a decent Internet connection at home, and the cost of this bundle is very close to the combined total cost of the 3 services combined, I am tempted to sign up.

Anyone else done this?
Any pros or cons?

It sounds like a good deal to me, just DSL is worth the change, IMO.
