I ordered from them several times when I was at an APO address.

They always shipped what was ordered, and took a RMA for refund with no problem.

My only complaint about them was when they shipped USPS (since we could not get UPS or Fedex to an APO address), it took them 7+ days each time before they would ship the items. I had to call them once a day and ask if they had scheduled USPS to pick up the package.

Everytime they would say "Oh yeah, we forgot. We will do that today".
