Allowing users to burn in Win2k

How do I allow a user to burn in Win2k? When Im logged in as the admin how do I turn on that permission?

Search the forums...this was answered within the last week.

If you're using Nero, there's a security tab in the properties notebook, and you can grant "burn" rights to a group of users.
