Allowing limited users to use programs?

Is there any way for me to set everyone on my xp computer to limited user and still have them be able to use certain programs, in particular kazaalite. I was looking around in group policy editor. I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't be able to modify these priveleges.

You could configure the system to allow Kazaa Lite to run using the SYSTEM account. Give that a whirl.

You're trying to set it up so that they can only use certain programs? No install priveleges, etc though?

yeah
limited user that can't install or modify settings, but can use installed programs

How do i do that? the new version needs to be installed on every user account, but i dont have a system account.
