Allowing Java Scripts on a site-by-site basis

Is there shareware or anything that allows me to set permissions to run java scripts on a site by site basis, in the same way that cookie cruncher or cookie pal allow cookies to be managed??? IE and Netscape only have global preferences for java enabling/disabling.
