'Allow Full Menus' In Access2000

I was bored and messing around with a database I was working on, and in Tools-->Startup, I unchecked "Allow Full Menus".

Now, after restarting, I was wondering if there is any way to get the Full Menus back, since the Tools menu is now unavailable

I can still access to the VB code for the database if necessary.
