Allocation unit size for video capture

I just partitioned off an 8 gig partition for me to capture video so that it always stays defragged. Should I use a large cluster size? How big? Generally the files I work with are at least a gig in size, if not 3 or 4. I'm thinking 8192 would be a good idea, but I can't find much conclusive evidence.
