Dammit! I can't get this stupid sentence out of my head. :Q

I have a lecture to give tomorrow morning and all I can do, as I lie in bed trying to sleep, is look at the ceiling and laugh maniacally. I am so scared that I will start my lecture on bivalves (clams, mussels, oysters,etc...) by saying:

ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US!!! :p

Bwahahahahaha! This is worse than I'm blue dabadi dam da....

Good night all. I'm going to try and sleep again.

Disturbingly, I remember these phrases from actually PLAYING the game.

(the game being ZeroWing, a very, very poorly translated NES import from Japan)

TAKE OFF EVERY ZIG! YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DOING. MOVE ZIG! FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

(To see what we're talking about, with an added voiceover, try http://www.stileproject.com/video/zerowing.mov (warning, site itself may be offensive :) ))

I would like (LOVE) to see the game. I am wondering if an emulator that runs well on a Celeron 450/100 and Win 2000 is available? I?d really like to know, and then I?d like to play the badly translated game on my computer.

Thanks, all. ATOT, you is all the bomb!

Heh. I've emulated an NES rather well in a 486DX2/66 (running Nesticle in DOS). Your system would handle it easily.

-Edit- Er. Found it. Wasn't for the NES, but rather the Genesis. If you search for it, you'll find it :)

Unfortunately, I know EXACTLY what you're going through.

I have caught myself wanting to say that very sentence to some particularly obtuse customers more than once.

Hey dennil, just picture any one of the images that you've linked to here. That should stop your laughing. Permanently.

The following is a translation of a post from a Japanese MR2 Spyder website. Of special note is the reference to "Bill Stein's shock".

"It asks after 1 year.
SW? Riding the turbo of type, it increases, but from especially left side near the engine after the travelling smell of the gasoline does. The rear of the especially long distance travelling becomes matter of concern.
When you try asking with the dealer, whether it does not mean that the canister is old it is thing, but is opinion of everyone how?

In addition, inserting the height pitch of the JIC, it increases, but the car leaping, it cannot run honestly. You think we would like to unite the spring to the genuine Toyota * Bill Stein's shock. Click, although doing, being to like to make the pliant underside, it does, when there is a good idea please teach, but whether in name."

hahaha "Riding the turbo of type"... "Bill Stein's shock", hahahaha.
