All Users profile broken?

I have a win2k server with Citrix on it that has somehow managed to get the All Users profile out of whack. Normally, you should be able to drop an icon in the All Users Desktop folder and it would appear on everyones desktop, but now, nothing happens. Same with the All Users start menu. I have checked and the Default User profile still works (new users will get the changes made).

Anybody else ever run into this?
 
Found the problem. The "User Shared Folders" under HKLM was fouled up. It was missing the desktop, startmenu, and a few other entries.
