All of this steak talk the past week has really been getting to me. Yesterday I was pretty hungry during work, and I kept reading the "how do you cook your steak threads" and decided I needed to go out to dinner.

I ended up taking my girlfriend to Black Angus and got a ribeye for the first time.

I had it cooked medium.

I know it was just Black Angus and nothing fancy, but it was honestly the best steak I can remember having in a long, long time.

Thanks for the advice ATOT!

i had a steak craving last night too

two little fillets of beef (probably not tenderloin, but whatever, they were good) wrapped in bacon, seared on a super hot pan in a little peanut oil for 45 seconds the first side, 30 seconds the second, then popped under the broiler for 5. mmmmm.
