After being issued 3 different Razrs at work (they kept crapping out for no reason) in just 5 months, I finally upgraded to a Samsung Blackjack. The reception is great and so is being able to download my Outlook contacts and calendar appointments from work. Now if only they would enable OWA so I could access email.

On another note, the ring tone volume settings for this phone suck. Using the default ringtones I can not make the phone very loud.
